2014 Riddling Derby #1!

Welcome, readers, one and all, to the First Riddling Derby of Iron Wyvern for the year of 2013!

We've had Riddling Derbies before, but I'll explain the rules once again:

I will post three riddles.
You will comment with your best guess for each one.
Whoever guesses the most riddles correctly shall win the honorary (and nonexistent) pixelated internet garland, which is completely fake and nonexistent erh-herm on loan to a museum in Norway.

All right! That being said, let the First Riddling Derby of 2014 BEGIN!!!!

1: A donkey behind another donkey, I am behind that second donkey, but there is a whole nation behind me.

What am I?

2: How many times can you subtract 5 from 25?

3: As I was going to St. Ives,
I met a man with seven wives,
Each wife had seven sacks.
Each sack had seven cats.
Each cat had seven kits.
Kits, cats, sacks, and wives,
How many were going to St. Ives?

Draconian Fun Facts:

Belligast is generally revered as the greatest dragon ever to have lived (except by the Easterners, who champion the ancient dragon Nagaraajah the Great). He once defeated three armies with a single swipe of his tail, and took a domain of five whole provinces all for himself.

On New Year's Eve, Trubodox hires a drake quartet while he eats cherry pie and looks out on the humans' fireworks. After the fireworks show is done, he flies out and snacks on the townsfolk as they walk back home.

Semithino once fancied himself an author. He wrote three long, dull books, called On the Various Temporal Mishaps of c. 845, A Comprehensive History of Humans and Dragons in Relation to the Lunar Cycle of the Northeast, and his most infamous, A Dissertation on Eastern and Western Culture, With Reference to Mythology, Regional Climate, Barbeque, and Religious Affiliations: Volumes I-V.

Scaligar mocks him profusely for his penmanship.

Imagining Trubodox's New Year's Eve activities is quite amusing. xD
